For those of you who have rental property it is very important to notify your Broker if the rental property should become vacant or unoccupied for more than 30 days.

Failure to notify of this change will result in Voided policy coverage and any loss or potential loss will be denied.

So make sure you keep your communication open at all times to your Insurance Broker.

Heating Season

November 16th, 2009

Well it appears that the winter season is finally trying to make its appearence. Along with the season comes the use of our wood burning devices. Prior to getting to far into the season it is wise for those of you who own these devices to have the chimney's cleaned and inspected to make sure they are clean to prevent any chiney fires.

You may also want to consider having your chimney insected by a professional especially if it is between 22-25 years of age as internal damage can occur which is invisable to you.

Fires can happen at any time so take the time to protect your family as well as your investment.
