After-Hours Emergency Claims

If your claim is of an emergency nature and our office is closed and you are unable to wait till next business day please call our 24/7 Emergency Claims Service Number at 1-877-896-0117.

Examples of things that you should use the After Hour Emergency number for:

  • Fire loss
  • Sewer Backup
  • Serious accidents
  • Injury accidents
  • Stranded after an accident and not sure what to do
  • Major damage or structural damage to your dwelling
  • A loss of a serious nature that cannot wait till next business day

Please Do Not Use the After Hour Emergency Number for:

  • Single or multiple vehicle accident with minor damage
  • Theft of vehicle- there is a waiting period anyway
  • Theft of contents car or house
  • Transfer coverage
  • Give you a quote
  • Confirm Insurance Coverage
  • Obtain a new pink card
  • Pay your premium

We realize that everyone has a different idea as to what an emergency claim is so we have listed a few for you above, however if you still feel your claim is of an emergency nature and are unable to wait till next business day and need to speak to someone regarding your loss please contact our emergency claims number. 

If you were in an auto accident:

  1. Get medical help as soon as possible if there are any injuries - even if the injuries seem minor
  2. Contact Police if there are any injuries or if repairs will exceed $1000
  3. Write down the names and contact information of any witnesses
  4. Obtain the drivers license number and insurance information from the drivers of other vehicles involved in the accident
  5. Do not admit fault - let the Police and insurance adjusters decide who was at fault
  6. Take pictures of the damage and the accident scene if a camera is available
  7. If vehicles are drivable, safely move them out of traffic
  8. If the vehicle is not drivable, arrange to have it towed to a repair shop of your choice. Call us for advice on where to tow the vehicle.
